the room was small i expected more space after seeing the photos it felt quite cramped. also there was a strange smell in the bathroom it persisted even after airing it out. i thought breakfast was not included but it was extra and somewhat overpriced for what was offered there were better options nearby at lower cost.

the hotel is very close to the opera house, a major landmark. my room was modern, spacious, and clean. the bed was comfortable, and i slept well each night. the staff provided a gift for my girlfriend's birthday, which i found very thoughtful.
the lobby felt a little small because the breakfast room also functions as the lobby at times.

the location was acceptable, really central to the main attractions.
I stayed for four nights and found some issues. the room wasn't very clean. I noticed quite a lot of dust under the bed (it really bothered me). the breakfast offer was also limited (not a great start to the day).

the location was great attractions were in easy walking distance. the super nice team with reservations. the shower was also very good.
the floor was not washed even after i requested it. the room was excessively warm even after i turned off the heating. i did not find slippers and they cost extra.
